Pouring It Out captures a moment of emotional release, when what has been carried internally can no longer remain contained.
A female figure folds inward while extending a vessel outward, its contents falling away in suspended drops. Bold color and flowing abstract forms create a tension between holding on and finally letting go.
The gesture can represent surrender, grief, exhaustion, cleansing, vulnerability, or simply the release of something that has become too heavy to carry.
Pouring It Out explores that contradictory moment when vulnerability becomes an act of strength, covering your face with one hand while finally releasing what you have been holding with the other.
