Creation imagines the instant when nothing becomes something.

At its center, a concentrated point of light radiates through an environment of flowing lines, orbiting forms, and organic shapes. Deep greens, earthen browns, burgundy, black, and flashes of white move across the composition as though matter itself is still forming.

The painting exists somewhere between the cosmic and the biological. Its forms can suggest galaxies, cells, waves, planets, or something not yet given a name. A structured center emerges from apparent disorder, while everything surrounding it remains in motion.

Creation is less an illustration of how existence began than a contemplation of the mystery that there is anything here at all.

This collector's edition is strictly limited to 20 prints. Each print is personally hand signed and individually numbered 1/20 through 20/20 by Michael J. Thomas and includes a Certificate of Authenticity from Khaos Art Studios.
